We're so confident in the durability and quality of our products that we back them up with a 6-month warranty against defects.This level of protection is almost unheard of in the industry. However, in the unlikely event that you encounter any manufacturer defects, we're here to help you through our 6-month warranty program.
What Does Our Warranty Cover?
Our 6-month warranty covers all boxing, MMA, jiu-jitsu, and combat sports products. Specifically, it covers manufacturer defects that may occur despite proper usage and maintenance.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, neglect, or wear and tear from regular use. The warranty also does not cover products that were not purchased directly from Fumetsu or one of our authorized sellers.
How To Claim The Warranty?
If you believe you have a product with a manufacturer defect and it's within the warranty period, we've got you covered. To claim your warranty:
- Gather your proof of purchase.
- Take clear photos or videos that show the defect.
- Fill out the warranty claim form below
After you submit the form, our team will review your claim. If approved, we will provide a replacement of the same or similar item, or a store credit. We are unable to provide refunds on warranty claims.
