Fumetsu may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you. Discount codes do not apply on 'sale' items which are already discounted.

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Fumetsu or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

Payment and Stock Availability

Goods and prices are subject to availability. All prices are inclusive of VAT where appropriate. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be offered where you have already paid for the goods.

Once you have chosen your goods, you can proceed to checkout and pay for your order by credit, debit card and PayPal through our secure Stripe payment server. 

Once we have received your order you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail.  As we process and ship your order you will receive further e-mails explaining your order status.

International & Offshore UK Addresses Heavy Order Delivery Surplus

If your order weighs more than 3kg, and is being dispatched to a UK offshore address or internationally, we may need to apply a delivery surplus. If you are unsure as to whether your order will be over 3kg, please contact us before processing your order. In the event that we need to apply an unforeseen surplus charge to you order, we will always contact you to discuss delivery options and agree a surplus charge. You will have the option to cancel your order at any time if you do not wish to pay a surplus delivery charge.

Complaints

All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. If you are missing an item from your order you must notify us within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Fumetsu product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Fumetsu reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Fumetsu reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card, PayPal account or Fumetsu Gift Card charged. If your credit card, PayPal account or Fumetsu Gift Card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Fumetsu shall issue a credit to your credit card, PayPal account or Fumetsu Gift Card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
